1. All training services offered by Define Fit Personal Training & Nutrition are administered by professional strength and conditioning specialists.
2. All required forms must be completed, current, and on-file prior to each training session.
3. All participants must wear appropriate footwear and clothing
Payment for each training session must be paid in full and received by the personal trainer prior to the start of each session. Clients have the option of purchasing as many sessions as they wish at any given time. It is the responsibility of the personal trainer to notify the client of when the number of purchased sessions will run out. This notification should be given during the final session prior to the expiry of purchased sessions.
Clients that purchase session packages must attend a minimum of four Personal Training sessions a month in order to access the free online program and body fat testing.
Cancellation of training sessions must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the training session. If the client does not show up for the scheduled training session or a minimum 24 hour notice is not received the client will be charged for the full session. If the client will be late for a session, it is appreciated by the personal trainer if he/she is notified via phone so that he/she can expect delays. The personal trainer is only required to wait 15 minutes for late clients.
If a client purchases a package of training sessions and is unable to complete the package due to illness a refund for the remaining sessions may be issued minus a $75 processing fee upon receipt of a certified doctors note. This is up to the discretion of the trainer. Refunds are not available for the purchase of individual training sessions.
All purchased sessions expire after 3 months of missing in action. Considerations may be made by the trainer for special circumstances.eg: surgery/pregnancy etc...
