Using the weigh scale is not a good way to measure your progress especially if you are also following a workout program. A pound of muscle and a pound of fat weigh the same but the fat takes up way more space in the body. We use a number of components to measure your gains or losses. First we measure you at a number of areas on the body. Then we use the bodyfat calipers to measure your skinfolds followed by your body weight on the Withings scale. This combination of measurements will give you a much better picture of your body composition than just the scale alone. We also track your heart rate using the Withings scale.
